Our town centre offices at The Basildon Centre

Our town centre offices at The Basildon Centre in St. Martins Square, Basildon are now open from 9am-5pm for pre-booked appointments only. Appointments can be booked by calling 01268 533333.

The Essex Library branch in The Basildon Centre has now reopened.

Residents and customers are advised to access council services and information from this website in the usual way.

NHS Test and Trace in use
