Ramsden Bellhouse Neighbourhood Area

In June 2018, Basildon Borough Council received a formal application from the Ramsden Bellhouse Parish Council to designate the parished area of Ramsden Bellhouse as a Neighbourhood Area.

In accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), the Council publicised the application for four weeks between Monday 9th July and Monday 6th August 2018 and invited representations.

On 29 August 2018, Basildon Borough Council approved the designation of the Ramsden Bellhouse Neighbourhood Area. The decision notice, publication statement of the consultation, and the application are available to view below.
