Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet Neighbourhood Area
In May 2016 Basildon Borough Council received a formal application from the Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet Parish Council to designate the parished area of Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet as a Neighbourhood Area.
In accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), the Council publicised the application for four weeks between Thursday 26th May and Thursday 23rd June 2016 and invited representations.
On 18 July 2016 Basildon Borough Council approved the designation of the Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet Neighbourhood Area. The decision notice, publication statement of the consultation and the application are available to view below.
