Licensing - Register of Premises and Club Licences

The public register shows the premises name, address and premises type with the date the licences or permissions were granted.

When considering the granting of licences or permissions, in the case of each premises listed in the register, one of the following circumstances applied:

• no relevant representations were received and there was no need for a committee hearing or alternative options to be considered before the licences or permissions were granted.
• relevant representations were received, leading to additional consultation between the relevant parties and resulting in agreement being reached, with no need for a committee hearing or alternative options to be considered before the licences or permissions were granted.
• relevant representations were received which resulted in a committee hearing before the licences or permissions were granted.

In cases where representations were received which resulted in a committee hearing, these are reported through the Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee, see...
