If you're receiving Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support or Council Tax Reduction, you may be asked by Basildon Council to review your circumstances and make sure they're up to date.

If you haven't received a letter, email or text, you may be required to complete a Benefit Review in one of the following ways:

  • Benefit Officer phone call - A Benefits Officer will phone you to carry out the Benefit Review
     
  • Benefit Officer home visit - A Benefits Officer will visit you at home to carry out the Benefit Review.
