Information for applicants
- Outdoor sports pitches can be hired for competition purposes. We advise you to check availability as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
- Once an outdoor pitch booking has been agreed you will be sent an invoice, which can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone. Please call 01268 208133.
- We would like to remind you that it is not advisable to send cash through the postal system.
Weekend pitch condition hotline - 01268 208218
We operate a 'weekend pitch condition hotline' which is updated every Friday afternoon (around 2.30pm). This will provide you with the latest information on outdoor pitch conditions for the forthcoming weekend.
The hotline will also provide the latest pitch information for other sports activities during adverse weather conditions.
