Public Inquiry - Appeal by Bloor Homes Ltd - 14 November 2023

A Public Inquiry will be held opening at 10am on Tuesday 14 November 2023 in relation to an Appeal by Bloor Homes Ltd and Paul and Linda Buckenham in respect of Planning Application No. 20/00911/FULL relating to Land South of Dunton Road, Basildon.

Proposed Development:Residential development of 269 dwellings (Use Class C3), 2 x vehicular access points off Dunton Road, formal and informal open space, hard and soft landscaping including acoustic barrier and associated infrastructure.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.  Please note, there is limited capacity at the venue.
