Wickford Town Council - Wickford Park Ward - Notice of Vacancy

Notice is hereby given that a Vacancy has arisen in the office of Town Councillor for Wickford Town Council, by reason of the death of Councillor David Harrison.

An election to fill the vacancy will be held within SIXTY days of the date of this notice, provided a request in writing by TEN electors of the said Town is received by:

within 14 days of the date of this notice (excluding bank holidays and weekends) ie. by Wednesday 28th May 2025.  

If no such request is received the Town Council will proceed to fill the vacancy by Co-option.
