Can I object to an application that I wasn't consulted on?
You can still object as long as the application has not yet been determined.
Comments must be in writing.
All comments are available to the applicant and any interested persons under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
The Council is unable to enter into correspondence on a particular application, however, all comments received will be taken into account when the application is determined as long as they relate to planning matters.
All respondents will be informed of the decision taken and invited to attend if the application is referred to Committee
