Report a missed refuse collection

The new waste and recycling service went live Monday 27 November 2023.

Before logging a missed collection, please check today is your correct collection day.  The quickest way to do this is via the 'Our Streets App'

Contaminated waste and recycling containers

Your containers will not be collected if they are not presented correctly or if they are found to contain items which should not be within the container type. They will instead be marked with a contamination Sticker or tag which will advice on what must be done before the container can be accepted. 

We will not come back and collect your waste until your next collection date, and only if it has been sorted.
