Developers will seek to create employment opportunities for local people, including people with disabilities and young people, and support people into work. 

Developers will work with local education providers to provide apprenticeship, training and work experience opportunities that may arise as a result of the development. 

• A commitment to employing local tradespeople, contractors, and suppliers wherever possible. 

• Support apprenticeships, training schemes, and job opportunities for Basildon borough residents, particularly young people and underrepresented groups.
