Your Tenancy Agreement is a legal document and explains:
By signing the Tenancy Agreement you enter into a contract with Basildon Council and agree to keep to the tenancy conditions as set out in the Tenancy Agreement.
It is important that you understand what these conditions are, because if you break them you could lose your home.
The conditions set out in the Tenancy Agreement include the following:

If the Council needs to change the terms of your tenancy agreement, we will give you notice of the change.
If the change affects all tenants, the Council will consult with tenants and provide an explanation of the reasons for the change. The Council must consider any comments it receives during the consultation period.
