In the news: Date for local public planning virtual Inquiry set
A virtual Inquiry has been arranged in respect of land east of Shrubs, Studland Avenue, Wickford, Essex, starting on 22 June 2021 at 10.00am
The Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State, will hold the Inquiry online, which will be run in the normal way, but with parties invited to join via Microsoft Teams or by telephone.
The virtual Hearing is currently anticipated as sitting for one day and is open to members of the public.

The hearing follows appeals against two enforcement notices and the refusal of a planning application for the details set out below:
Without planning permission, the material change in use of the land for the stationing of caravans for residential occupation
Without planning permission, the laying of hard-core and associated material onto the land forming an area of hardstanding.
Proposed siting of two static mobile homes, erection of day room and stable. Hardstanding and 2 metres close-boarded fence/rail fencing and CCTV-post.
The notices have been appealed by: Mr. Simon O'Driscoll.
