Postal vote opening sessions will take place on the following dates:
- Wednesday, 6 October 2021
- Tuesday, 12 October 2021
All the above sessions will take place at The Basildon Centre commencing at 10.00am.
- Thursday, 14 October 2021
The above session will take place at The Basildon Centre commencing at 2.00pm.
There will also be a postal vote opening session on Thursday, 14 October 2021 at the count venue starting at 10.00pm.
What are the expenses limits for candidates?
The expenses limit for candidates is £806 + 7 pence per elector on the register as of the date of publication of Notice of Election.
There were 9,505 eligible electors on the date of publication of Notice of Election and therefore the expense limit per candidate is £1471.35
