The European Union (EU) and UK have agreed a deadline of 31 January 2020 for the UK to leave the EU however, it is still possible that the UK could leave before then if Parliament either; agrees the Government's Withdrawal Agreement and Political Declaration or; another alternative agreement is reached that is acceptable to the EU.
