To receive your own secure login and password, all you have to do is complete our online sign-up form with your tenancy reference number and address details.

This service will allow you to:

• View your rent account balance, payment history and charge details
• Request a change to your personal details
• Book a repair to your property
• Request an adaptation to your property
• Submit a request to terminate your tenancy.
   

Please Note: 
 

• Only customers named on the Rent account are able to sign-up to e-services.
• If details are misspelt or entered incorrectly the application will take longer than usual to be processed.
• Login details are sent out by post. Please allow 7 working days for your activation code to arrive.

You can use our online facility to make a payment on your rent account.

If you have been notified of a credit on your rent account, you can request a refund online.
