Our range of weekly Pulse Fitness classes are open to members and non-members.

Pulse Fitness Classes are usually set to music and done in a group, which makes them really social, motivational and good fun.

  • Fully qualified instructors.
  • Suitable for all ages from 16 upwards.
  • Suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Beginners always welcome.
  • Non-members welcome.

All classes cost £5.15 per class (or take advantage of our FULL PULSE membership and receive unlimited access to the Fitness Suite plus unlimited access to all Fitness Classes included in your membership).

Over 60s concessionary rate £3.95 per class.

Booking in advance is not essential but recommended to avoid disappointment. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

PULSE FITNESS CLASSES WEEKLY PROGRAMME

Monday

  • Pure Dance Cardio Workout  - 6.30pm
    Pure Dance Cardio is a high energy workout for all abilities with old skool tunes and anthems. The session provides both low and high impact moves, catering to all fitness levels. The class combines dance and toning for a full body workout.

Tuesday

  • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - 6.00pm
    High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a cardiovascular workout alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. High energy workout to music with music to compliment. Open to all abilities.

  • Zumba - 7.00pm
    Zumba is an aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American Dance music.

Wednesday

  • 30 FIT - 6.30pm
    Interval training made easy for everyone. Full body workout, mixing low and high impact moves incorporating cardio, training and hand weights. Work, rest, repeat!
