The Place To Celebrate - Hire of the Main Hall at The Place, Pitsea

The Main Hall is a large versatile ground floor space with its own licensed bar and is suitable for all kinds of celebrations. Maximum capacity is 250 people.

The Main Hall has its own licensed bar and can accommodate everything from birthdays to ballroom dancing and weddings to wakes. The perfect venue for whatever kind of celebration you have in mind.

The hall can be configured  to suit you special celebration needs. You can specify the type and number of tables you would like and how you would like to see them arranged. White table linen is available for hire upon request. A large projector screen and staging is also available to hire for performances, DJs or presentations.

Planning a family celebration with lots of children? Include our soft play 'Fun Zone' in your party hire

If you are planning a family celebration with lots of children we have a Party Package available which includes:

  • hire of the Main Hall
  • plus exclusive access to our children's 'Fun Zone' soft play area for up to 2 hours.

The 'Fun Zone' includes a slide, netted climbing areas, rollers and inflatables; perfect for keeping the under 8's entertained in a safe and enclosed environment while the adults celebrate in style!

Prices

Hire our Main Hall for your event or celebration for only £489.15 (inc. VAT). This price includes:

  • Hall hire from 6.30pm - midnight for up to 250 guests
  • Use of tables and chairs which will be set up prior to your arrival
  • Bar Staff and Security Staff
  • Cleaning up and tidying away after your function including rubbish removal.

If you would like to access the hall any earlier to decorate the venue or for your D.J. to set up any equipment, this can be arranged, subject to availability, at a cost of £23.10 per hour.

If you would like to include 2 hours exclusive hire of our Children's Fun Zone, the total cost of your function will be £575.25 (inc. VAT).

A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due for payment 1 month prior to your event.

    • 6ft round tables or
    • 6ft rectangular tables.
  • White table linen is available for hire upon request.

  • Wheelchair accessible toilet
  • Lift enabling disabled access to all floors
  • Wheelchair accessible bar service in Main Hall.

** PLEASE NOTE: The Main Hall is only available to hire for adult party celebrations for guests age 21 years and over.
