SHLAA Report 2011 - 2012

The Council completed its first report, known as the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) Report 2011-2012, in February 2012.

The SHLAA Report 2011-2012 used the Council's earlier SHLAA Methodology (2009) as the basis for comprehensively assessing sites. The methodology was approved by  Cabinet on 15th October 2009 (opens new window) although it has since been superseded.
