The Renewable and Low Carbon Energy Constraints and Opportunities Assessment Dec 2015 has been removed from the Basildon Council evidence base. This is due to it being considered out-of-date; given its age, the publication of three subsequent versions of the National Planning Policy Framework, the publication of the Green Belt Review 2017 and other recent changes in environmental legislation (e.g. Environment Act 2021) which work in 2015 cannot fully reflect.
