The views of our leaseholders are important to Basildon Council, we also have a legal requirement to consult our leaseholders when major repairs and improvements are to be carried out to any of our blocks of flats.
Basildon Council's Leaseholder Panel is organised by our Home Ownership Team.
The first step towards becoming a member of the Leaseholder Panel is to volunteer to become one of the following:

Any Basildon Council leaseholder may attend a quarterly Leaseholder Panel meeting by prior arrangement with the Community Involvement Team.
Leaseholder Panel meetings are not open to the general public.
