In administering its responsibilities the Council is determined to combat fraud and corruption whether it is attempted on, or from within the Council. The Council is committed to an effective Anti-Fraud and Corruption Framework designed to promote high ethical standards, encourage prevention, promote detection and formalise the procedures for investigation. The Framework applies to all aspects of the Council's business.
