Following the re-integration of housing management to Basildon Council in July 2011, St Georges Community Housing Limited is no longer an active company. However, in order to comply with statutory requirements, a Board Meeting is required to approve any decisions related to the company. This meeting will take place on Wednesday 8th February 2012.
