If you would like to comment on our services, staff or contractors, or make a suggestion to improve our services and standards, please contact the Department concerned or the Service Advice Centre either in person, telephoning, writing, emailing or by completing our online form or by
downloading the complaints form [555kb] and returning it to our offices.
Alternatively, contact your Ward Councillor to discuss your compliment or suggestion.
Our Service Advice Centre will ensure that your compliment or suggestion is logged and passed onto the relevant person, department or contractor.
If you require a response to your suggestion or compliment we will do so within 10 working days.
