Welcome to our online payments system, if you are a regular user then you will notice that we have changed the system to a more convenient 'Shopping Basket' style to simplify multiple payments. On the next page click the ADD ITEM button to start.
Currently online payments are accepted for:
For Housing & Garage Rent Payments
use the rent reference number on your rent card e.g., 000-12345-03, but please enter the number as follows: 0001234503.
During the payment process you will be temporarily redirected to the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). You will then be required to enter your card details directly into the RBS Secure web site.
Please note:- there is a 1.5% charge on all Credit Card transactions - there is no charge on Debit Card transactions(Car parking fines are excluded from the above 1.5% charge).
In order for the payment process to work your browser must be enabled to accept Cookies.

Do's and Don'ts
Do be careful that nobody is watching you when entering personal information and credit card numbers especially if you are in a public place or using a public internet kiosk etc.
Do complete the information required in as much detail as possible to ensure the success of the online payment transaction.
Do print the confirmation page if possible. The information it contains will help should you have a query at a later date.
Do not use the back or forward buttons during the online payment process as this may cause an error or failure to your online payment.
