RADAR keys unlock public conveniences for the disabled.
In the Basildon District and most other places, access to public conveniences for the disabled is by Radar key.
If you are a disabled resident in Basildon District, a RADAR key can be bought for under £2.85 from the cash counter in the Council's Basildon Centre Offices.
