Communal Boilers
The communal boiler systems are currently maintained by Morgan Sindall Property Services Ltd, who also carry out repairs to the radiators, hot water cylinders and pipework to the radiators and hot water cylinder in individual flats.
If a leak occurs on the pipework from the hot water cylinder to the taps, or if there is a problem with the hot water taps, these would be repaired by Morgan Sindall Property Services Ltd. They are also responsible for any leaks or faults that occur on the cold water pipe and taps.
Please note: Morgan Sindall are only responsible for carrying out repairs to the communal boilers, distribution pipework and radiators, hot water cylinder, pipes and taps in Council tenants' flats.
If a repair is required due to tenant abuse or accidental damage, the tenant will be recharged for this work.
