Resident Involvement - The Sheltered Housing Forum

The Sheltered Housing Forum is designed to be an information sharing meeting for all Sheltered Housing residents.

Sheltered Housing Forum meetings are open to all Sheltered Housing residents 

A Sheltered Housing Forum is an open meeting, to which all Sheltered Housing residents are invited to attend, however a Sheltered Housing Forum meeting is not open to the general public.

All Sheltered Housing Forum meetings are attended by:

  • the Sheltered Housing residents and
  • the Sheltered Housing Tenant Representatives from each of the Council's 44 Rented Sheltered Housing Schemes.
  • the Sheltered Housing Leaseholder Representatives from each of the Council's 3 Leasehold Sheltered Housing Schemes.

Sheltered Housing Forum meetings are held on a twice a year, usually in April and October/November.

Sheltered Housing Forum meetings calendar

All of the following Sheltered Housing Forum meetings start at 10am and will be held in the St Georges Suite in Basildon Council's town centre offices in The Basildon Centre in St Martin's Square, Basildon.
