Basildon District Council's Environmental Health Service is responsible for issuing a range of licences, registrations and permits designed to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of Basildon. |  |

We work closely with the Police, Fire Authority and Building Control Officers of the Council often undertaking joint inspections to help ensure that public safety is maintained.
