The PAE has transformed procurement amongst its 14 Essex local authority members through the promotion and use of collaboration in their procurement of products and services from business.
There are two websites where you can register your business interest online as a supplier of products, services and works programmes to Basildon Council.

- Register online via BIPs as a Select Certify supplier
 . As a Select Certify supplier you will benefit from: Increased visibility: all BiP Select buyers can view your company information online - Automatic notification of tenders from all PAE members - No charge for the Certify service.
- Register online via BIPs as a Select Accredit supplier . Suppliers seeking full accreditation should apply for the Select Accredit service. If you intend to tender regularly for contracts, you will save time, effort and costs by applying for Select Accredit status. Your accreditation need only then be renewed once, annually.
