There are three ways that you are able to dispose of unwanted fridges and freezers :

1Organise a Free Bulk Household Refuse Collection with us and we will arrange a time to collect your fridge or freezer.

2If you are able to transport the items, you can take them to the recycling centre at the Barleylands Recycling Centre

3If you are able to transport the items, you can take them to the Essex County Council run Recycling Centre for Household Waste (known locally as Pitsea Tip).

Barleylands Recycling Depot and Recycling Centre for Household Waste (Pitsea Tip) will only accept fridges and Freezers from residential properties.

Disposal of fridges and freezers from Business and Commercial premises can be arranged through our Commercial Waste Service
