#Operating Hours:At all other times our car parks are free of charge and available for use by the public apart from the Basildon Centre Upper Car Park which is for staff use only Monday – Friday. ##Season Tickets: There is currently no availability in Billericay Woolworths, Billericay Radford Crescent and Wickford Main Car Parks and waiting lists exist. Please contact 01268 294970 before applying for a season ticket. *Radford Crescent: Pay & Display available from 9.15am only **Wickford Main: Wickford Season Ticket and Long Term Pay & Display Ticket holders must park in the designated Long Term area of the car park. ***Wickford Ladygate: Wickford Season Tickets are no longer valid in this car park. ****Gloucester Park South Car Park: The Long Term area is to be established in this car park. Until this is completed the tariff in this car park will be adjusted to accommodate both long and short term parkers.

It is important to remember that not displaying a ticket is considered a contravention even if you have bought a ticket. So don't be tempted to put your ticket in your purse or wallet!

Parking after the expiry of the time on the ticket is also a contravention

Ticket machines are not able to give you change so you will need the exact amount when buying your ticket. If the exact amount is not inserted, tickets will be issued for the nearest tariff rate below the amount entered.

For example if you inserted 60p a ticket for 1 hour will be issued but no change will be given.

Conditions of Use
You will need to display your Season Ticket clearly every time that you are parked. If you have a valid season ticket and you do not display it, you will be considered as parking without a ticket and this is a contravention

Season tickets are invalid once they have expired. Using an out of date season ticket is considered a contravention

Season tickets are only valid within the car park stated on the ticket.

Wickford Season Tickets are no longer valid in the Wickford Ladygate Car Park.

Season Ticket Holders must park in the designated Long Term areas of the car park where these are present (Wickford Main and Gloucester Park South)
