- promote accessibility for all
- provide transport for people without a car
- reduce crime and the fear of crime
- provide transport for people who cannot access conventional services.
QTP has been established with funding from the Department for Transport's Urban Bus Challenge

Basildon QTP is also a member of Basildon District Community Safety Partnership whose other partners include Basildon Council, the Essex Police, the Essex Fire Service, local health services, the criminal justice and probation services, the youth offending team and the Drug Action Team. | |
