Skin piercing covers the following activities:
- ACUPUNCTURE
- TATTOOING
- SEMI-PERMANENT SKIN COLOURING
- COSMETIC PIERCING (includes earrings, studs, rings etc)
- ELECTROLYSIS
It is a legal requirement that all persons carrying out any of these activities within the Basildon District must have a Certificate of Registration from Basildon District Council.
