Licence for Gaming Machines
A gaming machine licence is required in respect of premises providing amusements with prizes by way of machines
Applying for a gaming machine licence.
Since 1st September 2007, Gaming machine licenses have been issued under the terms of the Gambling Act 2005.
Please call the Basildon Council's licensing staff on 01268 294280 and ask that the necessary forms and advice are sent to your address.
The Council's licensing staff will give preliminary advice about the types of premises where they will allow gaming machines and will send out an application form to you.
