Comprehensive monitoring reports for each sector are published annually.
The data contained within each document assists in monitoring residential and employment land supply, as required by the replacement Essex and Southend on Sea Structure Plan and the Basildon District Local Plan.
The Monitoring Reports can be downloaded from this website, alternatively they can be purchased in hardcopy format from Planning Services for the relevant charge.
