Listed Buildings

In the case of a listed building, consent is generally required before you can undertake any structural maintenance and/or alteration works.

An application for Planning Permission may also be required if the scale and /or location of planned works is beyond permitted limits. These limits apply to all buildings whether unlisted or not. View guidance notes.
