REVIEW OF POLLING DISTRICTS AND POLLING PLACES
(The Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places (Parliamentary Elections) Regulations 2006)

Having carried out a review of Parliamentary Polling Districts and Polling Places in accordance with the provisions of the above regulations, the following documents have been placed on deposit for public inspection during normal office hours at the Reception, Basildon District Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon:-

All correspondence sent to the Returning Officer.
All correspondence sent to those persons with a particular expertise in relation to access to premises or facilities for persons who have different forms of disabilities.
The minutes of the meeting of the Appointments, Appeals and General Purposes Committee held on 6 November 2007 which considered revisions as a result of the review.
Details of the designation of polling districts or polling places as a result of the review.
