Basildon Council regularly publishes the following documents which give details of the business, information and decisions likely to be presented to Council, Cabinet and other Committees at future meetings. |

- The Agenda Planner and foward plan of key decisions - published monthly, this is a working document that is continually updated.
- The Key Decision List - refers to 'key decisions' that have been made by Council, Cabinet, Individual Members of the Cabinet or Officers. Key decisions are implemented 5 working days after publication of the Key Decision List, unless the decision has been 'called-in'. A request to call in a key decision to be scrutinised may be made by 2 members of the Council or 20 members of the public. Further information on the 'Call in' process is included with the list.
- The Members Bulletin - a weekly publication, primarily aimed at local Councillors, which provides a variety of information on current issues including local meetings, forthcoming visits by the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Council, planning applications and decisions, and decisions made by Cabinet Members and Officers in consultation with Members.
