Many record breakers and rare examples of boats, inboard and outboard motors are housed in the Museum. There is also an extensive collection of historic replica models and memorabilia.

Exhibits now on loan from a museum in Bordeaux. Among them are 3 impressive boats, including Beryella II a 1930's aluminium racer.
Model Boat Pond now open from June 25th - Following a very successful official opening, the model boat pond is generating visitors with all types of craft daily. If you want to use it pop into the museum and see the staff.
We are getting together a list of model boat enthusiasts to form
the Wat Tyler Model Boat Club
