The Tenant Resource Centre (TRC), is located on the ground floor of the Basildon Centre and offers help with any queries, or issues, you may have about Council services, including help with Rent, Repairs, Housing Benefits, and Allocations. There is usually a member of the Tenant Participation Team on hand.
